Vector Press

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These terms cover vectorpress.io and the apps Vector Press LLC (“Vector Press”, “we”, “us”), of Tampa, Florida, uses to run and publish its local newspapers. Each newspaper has its own terms for its readers at <newspaper address>/terms (for example thetampajournal.com/terms). By using vectorpress.io you agree to these terms.

What vectorpress.io is

vectorpress.io is the platform behind our newspapers: a public site about the company and a dashboard used only by our own staff. There are no public accounts on vectorpress.io; readers sign up with each newspaper.

Our social publishing apps

We publish our newspapers’ stories and short videos to accounts we own on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Bluesky, through apps registered with those platforms. Only our staff connect accounts to these apps, and only accounts that belong to our newspapers. Nothing is posted to anyone else’s account.

Content

The stories, charts, illustrations and videos our newspapers publish belong to Vector Press, except material we credit to others, which belongs to its owners and is used under the license we credit. You may link to and quote our stories with credit to the newspaper; please ask before republishing them in full.

Acceptable use

Don’t try to access the dashboard or our systems without permission, disrupt them, or use them to send spam or anything unlawful.

No warranty; limits on liability

We work hard to get things right and correct errors when we find them, but vectorpress.io and our newspapers are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Vector Press is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
